The Supreme Court of Canada has granted leave to appeal in Saskatchewan Federation of Labour (in its own right and on behalf of the unions and workers in the Province of Saskatchewan) et al. v. Her Majesty the Queen, in Right of the Province of Saskatchewan, an important Charter case dealing with the right to strike.
